Gunita is a psychological thriller film based on Palawan’s cultural superstitions and beliefs. The short film follows the fate of Amayah, a superstitious woman who grew up with a strong respect for her family’s cultural beliefs. With her friends, Maxine and Ellie, believing that Amayah’s cultural beliefs have no bearing on their lives, they subjected themselves to “unnatural” experiences that turned their worlds upside down.

Minsan sa isang liblib na lugar sa Puerto Princesa ay naninirahan ang isang
pamilya. Si Jimboy, panganay na anak. Siya ay mabait, masayahin, at may matayog napangarap para matugunan ang hamong kinakaharap ng kanilang pamilya.
